Rick has substantial director experience in public and private entities, including a previous appointment as a director within the Presidian Group where he advised on the sale of National Finance Choice to MMS in 2015. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Jon has over 30 years’ experience building Australian and New Zealand businesses. He spent over 13 years at Macquarie Leasing, leading various sales channels and then as Managing Director for 5 years. Prior, Jon established and grew Mercedes Benz Finance NZ.

David Hannah

Non-Executive Director

David has almost 40 years’ of commercial and international experience in automotive finance, asset finance aggregation, consumer and business finance and banking and automotive distribution. He has held senior management positions at McMillan Shakespeare, ANZ, Esanda and BMW and has worked in the UK, Oman and Australia.

Antony has worked within the Insurance Industry for over 25 years. Antony holds the position of Chairman of the Equity Brokers Network at AustBroker, one of Australasia’s largest networks of professional insurance and service advisers.

Gus Kininmont has a career spanning 40 years and extensive experience in banking, finance, accounting, sales management, and treasury operations. He has held senior executive roles in ANZ Bank and Australia’s largest automotive retailer, AHG. Gus’s last two roles were Executive General Manager of Treasury & Finance for AHG and CFO at IDOM, a large multi-franchised dealership group.

Ben is an experienced broker and business owner who cultivated an extensive network of contacts, financial services knowledge, and relationships with lenders. Ben founded Rostron Finance in September 2015, establishing Rostron Mortgages in January 2018. Ben is spearheading Viking Aggregation New Zealand.
