Rick is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience advising on corporate, taxation and accounting matters. Rick has substantial director experience in public and private entities, including a previous appointment as a director within the Presidian Group where he advised on the sale of National Finance Choice to MMS in 2015. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Jon has over 30 years’ experience building Australian and New Zealand businesses. He spent over 13 years at Macquarie Leasing, leading various sales channels and then as Managing Director for 5 years. Prior, Jon established and grew Mercedes Benz Finance NZ.

David has almost 40 years’ of commercial and international experience in automotive finance, asset finance aggregation, consumer and business finance and banking and automotive distribution. He has held senior management positions at McMillan Shakespeare, ANZ, Esanda and BMW and has worked in the UK, Oman and Australia.

Graham has over 35 years experience in financial services, building a major financial services business across Australia culminating in the Presidian Group; 175 FTE’s, combined network of over 2,500 dealers, 80+ brokers and 14 retail branches.

Gus Kininmont has a career spanning 40 years and extensive experience in banking, finance, accounting, sales management, and treasury operations. He has held senior executive roles in ANZ Bank and Australia’s largest automotive retailer, AHG. Gus’s last two roles were Executive General Manager of Treasury & Finance for AHG and CFO at IDOM, a large multi-franchised dealership group.

Jason brings over 35 years in experience is financial services. He commenced working in the aggregation space in 2005. Jason has an intimate understanding of the NCCP Act, and monitoring and supervising representatives, their training and coaching, as well as managing risk in both the aggregator and broker space.

James’s extensive experience, spanning over 20 years across various Finance and Analytics roles in the financial services sector, brings a wealth of knowledge. James previously held senior finance and compliance roles at NAB, FAST and Choice. James joined the Nationwise Group in 2024.

Scott is a highly regarded relationship expert with 25+ years’ experience leading creative teams for major clients in automotive, manufacturing, salary packaging, and financial services, holding senior roles at CGU, Swann, Eric Insurance, and LeasePLUS.

Stephen has over 40 years of experience in insurance and financial services, focusing on Automotive Captive Financing, Banking, Insurance, and Marketing. He was previously the Head of Automotive Partners at Allianz Australia Insurance and has held various management roles in automotive financial services across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
